Vice President of Sales
Edward Koehler is our most recent addition to the Lantana team, joining us in May as Vice President of Sales. He brings a wealth of knowledge as a high-impact executive with over two decades of senior level leadership within Fortune 100 organizations. He has an innate ability to de-construct processes, envision future states and develop implementation plans to achieve Best-in-Class performance levels.
Ed has a history of performance improvements and turn-arounds by focusing on team building, training, process integration and performance management. He has built teams in all market segments and managed to profit and loss for the past 15 years.
In his spare time, Ed enjoys hunting and reining horses. He is a member of the National Reining Horse Association, NRHA Arabian Reining Horse Association, ARHA American Quarter Horse Association, AQHA United States Equestrian Federation and USEF.(/p>
