Avaya recognizes Lantana Communications with customer service excellence

Lantana Communications earned the “Partner in Customer Excellence”  designation from Avaya this past week. The award is in recognition for achievement of an average customer satisfaction score of 4.4 or higher on a five point scale.

After being in the business for 20+ years, the Arlington based company prides themselves on the customer service they provide. Executive vice president, Jim Britton stated that “as voice and data technology becomes much more symbiotic, knowledge has become an ongoing challenge” for the service and sales team to remain best-in-class, “…this award is a witness to their success.”

Avaya puts a strong emphasis on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty Programs as a key driver of repeat business, referrals and profit growth.  Effective October 1, 2011, new requirements were added to include Customer Satisfaction Survey results as criteria for reaching higher levels in their partner programs.
