Lantana Communications services awarded are as follows:

Management Services is the management of customer-owned equipment or vendor provided equipment in support of the following technology services:

  1. Management of call processing architecture
  2. Call Center or Contact Center Services
  3. IVR/Auto-Attendant
  4. Phone Systems Management (PBX, key system, etc.) or Integration
  5. Management of Voice and/or Data Networks
  6. Network Optimization

The following services can be included to provide a total managed service solution:

  1. Hosted Solutions are offered to customers on a subscription basis and include the IT infrastructure (hardware and software) and support services necessary to deliver the solution. Hosted services include technology services listed here:
  2. Call Center or Contact Center Services
  3. IVR/Auto-Attendant
  4. Requirements Development
  5. Integration Services
  6. SLA’s and Performance Metrics
  7. Reporting
  8. Asset Management
  9. Project management
  10. Operations
  11. Support Services
  12. Move, Add, Changes (MACs)
  13. Solution Design
  14. Solution Software and Licenses
  15. Network Readiness Assessment and Optimization
  16. Transition and Termination Services
  17. Break/Fix and Maintenance
  18. Help/Support Desk Services
  19. Training

The steps for ordering are:

  1. Using Appendix C DIR Sample SOW, Customer drafts scope and requirements based on end-user needs
  2. Submit the draft SOW to one or more Managed Services Telecom Vendors
  3. Negotiate with vendor on the specifics of the SOW
  4. Vendor submits the draft SOW to DIR for approval (these contracts are not subject to SB20 Rules, but )
  5. DIR approves, Vendor and Customer sign agreement, and work begins
